These homeowners had a large dried out, rotted deck that needed a complete do over! What a transformation!
Professional Building Services demoed the existing decaying decking & installed new supportive helical piles. We installed a new 5 flash system ledger and built 420 square feet of Ground Contact Rated Framing. We installed Trex Enhance Decking in Rocky Harbor with black Transcend railing and black round metal balusters. We installed custom decking fascia skirting to match the decking color.
We love how the color of the railings and decking work together with the color of the house!
