- Project Manager & Consultant
- Salem, NH
In a long, family lineage of contractors and builders, Joe Ciaraldi has observed design and construction all of his life. Growing up, Joe consistently loved build with anything he could get his hands on and thrives on applying strategic, problem solutions and mastering kinesthetic skills in the field. Joe’s knowledge of the trade, national award-winning designs, and ability to consistently communicate “real-time” production to our homeowners, makes him a tremendous contribution to our team. Joe’s main goal is to do everything possible to ensure that all jobs are done right the first time.
His specialty in design technology integration of our CAD software and Design Services helps homeowners get a great visual of their projects. Joe’s knowledge and precision of detail with deck engineering also helps educate homeowners on crucial areas of deck constructions where other companies may cut corners. Joe is a leader and teacher of the decking industry. Our partners ask for Joe’s expertise in how to constantly improve upon product line quality and installation techniques. Our projects are featured in Trex’s literature and digital marketing, as well as at Trex University in Virginia. Joe is also a repeatedly published author of Professional Deck Builder Magazine & Fine Homebuilding Magazine and featured installer and speaker in Trex Protect’s commercial and Trex Rain Escapes’ commercial.
As a 5th generation contractor, Joe is a well-rounded, integral part of the company who has taken advantage of many trade certifications, business travels, and professional development trainings. His exposure to entrepreneurship provides Joe with a balance to perform and design fieldwork, manage his crews, and breakdown specific recommendations with customers on paperwork (like estimates and warrantees). Joe is following in his father’s footsteps and is extremely well-versed in many aspects of the business and exterior home remodeling.
Outside of the business, Joe loves to get together with friends and family, jet ski, cheer on New England sports teams, and play hockey. His newest hobby is teaching his nephews (Cole and Dylan) how to fish on the lake!
