To Begin: Choose Your Window Frame

New Construction Window

A new construction window is a great option for almost every home owner as the window sash and frame get replaced! Eliminating the risk of a rotted frame and the new windows ensure a plumb and square installation with true and full window flashing, caulking, and other sealants within the entire window frame.

Replacement Window

A replacement window is a great option for homeowners that only need there window sash replaced and not the complete frame. If you own a historical home this is a perfect option for you as you get to keep the historical interior trim intact while replacing the interior section of the window.

Step 2: Choose Your Material

Wood windows offer strong weather resistance as well as a low-maintenance exterior that never needs to be repainted or retouched.

Vinyl is a best selling product as it is a combination of a weather-resistant vinyl exterior, the strength of a solid wood frame and the look of a wood inside.

Fiberglass is a rigid material that is lightweight, engineered for strength, weather resistant, rot resistant, and maintenance free.

Step 3: Choose Your Function

A casement window is a window that cranks from the bottom and is easy to open.

Double Hung Tilt Wash

Double hung windows are extremely popular & operate in both up and down motion.

A gliding window opens side to side, similar to a gliding or sliding door but smaller.

A hopper window has a hinge at the bottom and cranks outward.

A fixed or picture frame window is a type of window that does not open.

An awning window is one that cranks open via bottom handle.
